BOIS SPA Exterior Cladding

BOIS SPA Exterior Cladding is high density bamboo board. Solid plank of BOIS SPA cladding is formed by compressing bamboo strips under heavy combustion starch granules in the parenchyma cells. get reduced significantly after thermo-treatment.

APPEARANCE
Golden brown shade for BOIS SPA cladding has come due to heat. Hence the product is homogeneous.
For the surface view symmetrical waves are formed with quick installation by using stainless steel clips. No screw can appear on the surface.
Shade formed by combustion will turn into natural raw wood shade over time.

PROPERTIES
Bamboo is naturally resistant to moisture & very low reactive to sunlight. So suitable for both internal & external applications.

INSTALLATION OF BOIS SPA CLADDING

The Aluminum Rectangular Pipe 50 x 25 mm (Keel) is mounted in parallel lines at the distance of 600-700mm. Keel mounting is done with the help of expansion screw bolt on flat wall.

After completion with the keel, the upper wall panel is fixed with the help of stainless steel clip & screw.

A second row of panel is inserted into the groove of 1st panel, & fixed with the help of clips & screw & so on.
